Made from sturdy plastic the URSEC has a wide stable base making it easy to position for use. The large ergonomic handle hangs conveniently on bed rails and is easy to hold and manipulate. All edges and openings are smooth to ensure patient comfort and ease of cleaning.

Simple to use even in the dark, the URSEC holds a large capacity of liquid. Contents can be quickly and hygienically emptied using the screw-on MTQuick cap at the back of the unit. Cleaning is simple, just unscrew the anti-reflux funnel and rinse the container with soap and water, or a good disinfectant.

URSEC can be washed (with water + Chlorine or disinfectant), sterilized by autoclave or ethylene oxide. Plugs must be sterilized with cold water + chlorine or with ethylene oxide.

The MTQuick system allows a quick, practically odorless, and hygienic emptying (no splashing).

USE AND CLEANING

URSEC should be placed in the bed or held horizontally

It should not be filled above the 1 litre mark (32 oz)

Rinse with water and chlorine or a good disinfectant

(Bedpan washer compatible)

Once rinsed out, URSEC becomes clear again.

Sterilisable by autoclave (130°C or 266°F) or EtO
Plugs must be sterilized with cold water + chlorine or with ethylene oxide.
